This brickyard has the full monty set-up. They are digging up their own stone; then crushing it down with a Doubell off-catalogue jaw crusher. The 6mm crushed stone is then transported to a Doubell skip-loader to pre-fill a skip of material to be mixed.

Once the Doubell 300 litre panmixer has completed its mix cycle, the skiploader tips fresh mix aggregate & cement into the pamixer; which eliminated the time taken to fill.

The stock bricks are packed on pallets for ease of loading with a forklift.
