Mr Emmanual had a need to produce building materials in Juba, the capital of South Sudan. He wanted control over the quality and price of the products and felt that there was a market available to service.

From a contact in Uganda who had bought a Doubell brick-making machine, he started the enquiry and within a few weeks, his Doubell DIY machine, which was made to the local block dimensions, was on a plane on its way to Juba.

Mr Emmanual is going to build up some capital to expand his operation to a second yard; and then to procure a larger machine for more output (and diverse brick options).
